I just had to remind myself that the weather does get better…
Sunday, January 31st, 2010I just had to look back through my photos, to remind myself that summer does exist. What a difference there was between my allotment last July, and then on December 24th when I had to search for my brussel sprouts in the snow. Still they do say that a frost makes the brussels sweeter, and nobody complained about mine on Christmas Day!
(Oh, apart from my 4 year old…. but who does like them, I have discovered, when shreaded and stir-fried with ginger and garlic.)
